Whether you drive your Porsche on the street or on the track, the EBS Racing underdrive pulley allows you to increase your horsepower, without making any major modifications. It works by reducing the drag that’s placed on the engine by the different accessories, like the power steering pump, A/C compressor, etc. The smaller diameter of this underdrive pulley will cause these components to spin slower, which in turn, free’s up to the horsepower that the engine was using to run them.
Another advantage of our underdrive pulley is that at high/track speed, your power steering pump and air conditioner won’t get over-spun. So if your Porsche sees a lot of track time, this little pulley can extend the life of these components, and save you money.
Made of aircraft-grade aluminum, our underdrive pulley mounts in place of your stock crankshaft pulley, without any modifications. By utilizing proper metric “V” grooves, you will get correct and full belt contact with increased belt life over many of the other products in the market. Because of its lightweight construction, this reduced-diameter accessory pulley will require less horsepower to turn it and the black anodized finish will look good for years to come.
